Add an Organisation

You can download files from multiple organisations in Xero.  You will be charged based on the volume of files that you download.

To Add an Organisation to your Synkle account:

  1. Sign in to Synkle
    Add Org Step 1
  2. Click Add Xero Org button
    The Xero Connection screen is displayed.
  3. Select an Organisation and click Allow Access
    Step 3 Select Xero Organisation
  4. Confirm the File Download details by selecting the radio button and then clicking Next
    Synkle will perform a one-off download of ALL your files from Xero to your Cloud storage.
    Step 4 Confirm Download
  5. Review your purchase details and click Pay with Card
    To modify your purchase, please click the back button.

  6. Enter your Customer details for Payment and click Payment Info
    Step 6 Stripe Customer Details
  7. Enter your payment details and click Pay
    Step 7 Enter Credit Card Details
  8. You are all done!
    Step 8 Registration Complete
  9. Click Home to display the status of all connected Xero Organisations.
    Step 9 Download Kicked off
  10. Once the download has been completed, the Home page will be updated with the download details.
    Step 10 Download completed

When you open Google Drive, you will now see a folder including Synkle and the Xero Organisation in it’s name.
