- Home Screen – waiting for first Synk!
When you first login, if your initial file download has not completed you will be greeted by the All Signed Up! Message. If you have a large number of files the first synk may take some time. Grab a coffee, relax and check back a bit later.
Once your initial file download has completed, your home screen will display a dashboard showing the number of files and folders in the last sync. It also shows your monthly subscription details, including the last time a successful sync was completed.
Your Account page displays the current Subscription details, your Xero Organisation details and the current status of the Xero connection.
If your Xero Connection Status is inactive, you will be required to authorise a new connection to Xero before any further synchronisation can occur.
From this page you can:
- Update your Credit Card details
- View and download your invoices via the Billing History screen
- Redownload your files
- Change your monthly subscription
- Cancel your Synkle account
- Billing History
Your Billing History page displays your recent invoices for Synkle. They can be downloaded in PDF via the download button.
